Bailey was operating a 2014 Honda Rancher ATV with 18-year-old Gabrielle Myers as a passenger when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. Bailey was transported to Holzer Medical Center, where, despite the efforts of emergency responders and medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries. Gabrielle Myers was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
