It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the North Peace Navigators organization shares the passing of beloved alumni Brennen Walker. His loss has deeply affected the entire Navigator family, including former teammates, coaches, staff, fans, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Brennen was more than just a player—he was a dedicated teammate, a fierce competitor, and an important part of the foundation and history of the North Peace Navigators. From the 2015–16 through 2018–19 seasons, he committed four unforgettable years to the organization, giving his time, energy, and passion to the team he proudly represented.

Throughout his career with the Navigators, Brennen demonstrated the qualities that define a great athlete and teammate. He played with determination, heart, and a relentless desire to compete. His commitment to the team was evident every time he stepped onto the ice, and his passion for the game inspired those around him.

Brennen was a key member of the historic 2016 championship run, helping the team achieve remarkable success, including a League Championship, a Provincial Championship, and a Keystone Cup Bronze medal. While those accomplishments remain an important part of the organization’s history, Brennen’s true impact extended far beyond the trophies, banners, and records.

He was known for wearing his heart on his sleeve, bringing intensity, leadership, and character to every game and every moment shared with his teammates. His presence in the locker room, his contributions on the ice, and the relationships he built within the hockey community created memories that will be cherished for years to come.

The North Peace Navigators extend their deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to Brennen’s family, friends, and former teammates during this incredibly difficult time. We stand with all those who are grieving and offer our support as they remember and honor a life that made such a meaningful impact on so many.

Although Brennen’s time with us has come to an end, his legacy as a Navigator will continue to live on. His dedication, passion, and love for the game will remain part of the organization’s story and the memories of those who played alongside him.

Once a Navigator, always a Navigator.

Rest in peace, Brennen. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
